Further studies have provided precious evidence supporting the role of oxidative stress in a number of cardiovascular diseases such as atherosclerosis, ischemia, hypertension, cardiomyopathy, cardiac hypertrophy and congestive heart failure.”

The study concluded that by consuming more almond oil the risk of hypertension and cardiovascular disease is reduced.

Almond oil is a versatile fat which can be used as a food product or even a natural beauty product.

Almond oil is known to promote a healthy heart, stabilise blood sugar levels, prevent free radical damage, help maintain a healthy weight and help keep blood pressure healthy.

What’s more, almond oil could be used as a moisturiser for both the skin and the hair and is known to help prevent stretch marks.
